By accessing, using and consuming the Styled By Charli website, you are accepting and consenting to these terms and conditions.
International Shipping
We are AUSTRALIA ONLY. We have internationally shipping blocked. If you still proceed with processing an order and selecting 'Local Pick Up', you will not be refunded the full amount. You will be charged 3% + 30cents on your order.
Damages
You will be required to pay for any damages caused to the garment (including but not limited to, stains, tears). If the item is damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the recommended retail price of the garment/s. The decisions about damages are decided by our customer care team and seamstress. All items are taken to a seamstress for professional opinion. The price of the hire will not be subtracted from the RRP upon payment.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds. Once you place your order, the order cannot be refunded. If you hire a dress, the garment is unavailable to be booked by other customers and therefore, refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a cancelled event or a change of heart, we are so sorry about this.
Shipping
We use express shipping and ship Australia wide. Your delivery can arrive between 7:00am and 6:00pm on the requested day of delivery or earlier. It is your responsibility to be available for delivery of your item/s or collection of your item at the post office. Your hire period starts from the time the courier first attempts delivery and store credits will not be issued for late delivery where you have not been available to accept delivery. Styled By Charli takes no responsibility or liability for lost or stolen goods. If you have supplied an incorrect address you will not be entitled to a refund and you may be liable to pay any late fees or a replacement fee if the dress is not returned to us.
Sizing Issues
All items are true to size unless specified otherwise (Note: Try on's are available in Forestville Sydney via the form here). If you would like to know more about the size and fit of a garment please email info@styledbycharli.com.au. Please note that due to the nature of our business, we do not issue refunds.
Returns
With the delivery of your garment, pre-paid return packaging is provided. Please ensure that you place your garment inside the pre-addressed envelope and return to Australia Post by 2pm on the last day of your hire. If you lose your return packaging, it is your responsibility to return the garment via trackable express post to Styled By Charli. If your return date falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, please return your garment to an Australia Post Outlet by 4pm the following business day. Please note that late fees will be incurred if a garment is sent back late as it affects the next customer. If your late return impacts another customers hire, you will be charged for the full value of their hire fee.
Cleaning
The initial professional cleaning is included in your hire fee. You are to make no attempts of cleaning, altering or ironing the garment yourself. If you damage the garment please contact info@styledbycharli.com.au. You are to make no attempts to alter the garment.
Late Fee Policy
Hire periods are strictly four (4) days. You agree to return your product on the order return date (or the next business day if your return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday) by 4pm using the prepaid return envelope provided. If you return your item(s) late you will incur a thirty dollar ($30.00) late fee for every day you are late. If your late return impacts another customers hire, you will be charged for the full value of their hire fee.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for cancellations as the garments has therefore been unavailable for other customers to book. Full store credits are provided if the cancellation is over 14 days prior to the hire date.
Collaborations and content
If you post photos in our pieces please assure they are not used by other pages other than styledbycharli. If your photos are found on other pages they will be asked to be removed for copyright purposes. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to accept that photos of our items are for our use as well as your own only. Any damages and excess dry cleaning will be charged. This is not covered in the collaboration. All terms and conditions apply for collaborations.
