How does it work?

Once you have found your desired garment, use the calendar to check the availability. Select your size and the date you would like the dress to be delivered. We recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your event. The hire period is 3 days, however, longer hire periods can be arranged if required by simply contacting our team for a greater cost. 

Why is an ID required?

We have introduced the requirement of an ID due to recent product theft. An ID allows less chance of freud and therefore having our pieces stolen.

What is the product does not fit?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot provide refunds or credits for this as we still need to dry clean the piece upon its return and this dress has still been unavailable for other customers to hire it. Hiring is a unique industry, which is why our returns policy has been modified accordingly. We are so sorry about this and hope that you can understand. 

What if I damage the dress?

Accidents happen! If you do damage the garment in any way please contact info@styledbycharli.com.au. The dress more than likely can be fixed however if the garment is beyond repair, unfortunately, you will be charged the replacement value of the product. This decision is made by our customer care team so please ensure you read terms and conditions.

Do I need to dry clean my garment before I return?

Nope! Dry cleaning is all included in the hire cost.

I ordered a dress last minute.. when will I receive it?

If you live in Sydney. You can place a last minute order. Please email info@styledbycharli.com.au to arrange this! If you would like your outfit for the weekend, please order by Wednesday. Please note that all rural or Western Australia customers have a cut off of time of Tuesday at 1pm. 

Size and Fit

Try on's in Forestville, Sydney are available. To arrange this, simply fill out the form here. You will then receive a confirmation email with the location. Unfortunately, postal try on's are unavailable. However, sizes are true to size for each product, unless specified otherwise. If you would like more information about sizing for a particular garment, please email info@styledbycharli.com.au for measurements so you are therefore able to accurately determine if the product will fit you.

Returns

Please return the dress in the original package you received it in, this is re-usable packaging! Keep this package in a safe place and on the day of return you simply place your garment in it and stick the return postage sticker you received on top of the original postage sticker. Lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet by 10am on your return date.
