How does Styled By Charli work?

Once you have found your desired garment, use the calendar to check the availability. Select your size and the date you would like the dress to be delivered. We recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your event. The hire period is strictly 4 days, however longer hire periods can be arranged if required, by simply contacting info@styledbycharli.com.au for a greater cost. 

Can I try on the dress?

Try on's in Pagewood, Sydney are available. To arrange this, simply email info@styledbycharli.com.au you preferred time and date. You will then receive a confirmation email with the location. Unfortunately postal try-ons are unavailable. However, sizes are true to size for each product. If you would like more information about sizing for a particular garment, please email info@styledbycharli.com.au for measurements, so you are therefore able to accurately determine if the product will fit you.

 What if the product does not fit?

If your product does not fit or if anyway is not right then please contact info@styledbycharli.com.au and return the satchel within 24 hours of receiving the product to receive a store credit for the hire amount minus the delivery charge of $10.

 What if I damage the dress?

Accidents happen! If you do damage the garment in any way please contact info@styledbycharli.com.au. The dress more than likely can be fixed however if the garment is beyond repair, unfortunately, you will be charge the replacement value of the product.

How do I return the dress?

When you originally receive your product, it will come with a pre-paid postal satchel. Keep this satchel in a safe place as on the day of return you simply place your garment in the return pre-paid satchel and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) OR place in a Yellow Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date. 

What if my return day is on a Sunday or public holiday?

 If this is the case, please return your dress to an Australia Post Outlet by 4pm the following business day.

Does the garments arrive wrinkle free?

Our best efforts are applied to ensure the garments to arrive in the best possible condition. This includes dry cleaning, wrapping the garment in tissue paper and in a satchel for transit. However, certain fabrics are more prone to wrinkles, and if you receive a dress with slight creases, please try steaming the garment on low heat. Please do not iron the dress as this may cause damage.
