Please place your order 3-4 business days prior to your selected day or 7 business days prior to your selected day if you live in Western Australia or Rurally. All local collection orders can be placed up to 12 hours prior.
Our orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and will be dispatched 1-3 days prior to your requested date (depending on notice).
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched. If you have not received any tracking information, please check your junk mailbox before emailing us as it sometimes makes its way there.

We provide free local pick ups and returns in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The address of our studio will be emailed to you within 24 hours of you placing your order.

We provide free express shipping and returns on orders over $85.00 AUD. As Australia Post cannot currently provide next day delivery, please place your order 3-4 business days before your selected date. All Western Australia and Rural orders must be placed 7 business days prior.
Please return the dress in the original package you received it in, this is re-usable packaging! Keep this package in a safe place and on the day of return you simply place your garment in it and stick the return postage sticker you received on top of the original postage sticker. Lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet by 4pm on your return date.
If your return falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please return your dress to an Australia Post Outlet by 4pm the following business day. Please note that a late fee of $30/day will be incurred if a garment is not returned on the return day or following business day.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot provide refunds or credits for any cancelled events, sizing issues or change of minds as the garment has still been unavailable for other customers to hire it. Hiring is a unique industry, which is why our returns policy has been modified accordingly. We are so sorry about this and hope that you can understand.
